This online format also provides a flexible approach, allowing participants to attend from any location around the world. It will also be recorded for those that may miss a session and for referring to and will stay available throughout 2023.
The course will cover everything that a valuer needs to know to be able to carry out lease extension valuations for standard lease extensions of leases above and below 80 years. It will be presented in a step-by-step format, making it easy to understand and follow.
